Return & Exchange

At Mixlocoo, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. RETURN & EXCHANGE PERIOD

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange an item.

  • Options: You may exchange the item for a new product or return it for a full refund.

2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure:

  • The product is in its original packaging.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • All original tags are attached.

Note: Products that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Final Sale / "Specials": Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Specials" are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Hygiene Items: For health and safety, certain items (e.g., underwear) may be excluded from returns.

4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Service team at service@Mixlocoo.com.

  2. Provide Proof: When submitting your request, please include a clear photo showing any defects or issues with the product.

  3. Ship the Item: Once approved, send the product back with the original Product List (including Product ID).

  4. Tracking Required: You must provide a tracking number for the return parcel. We cannot process refunds or exchanges until the parcel is received at our facility.


5. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds are typically issued to your Site Wallet for immediate use on your next purchase.

  • Original Payment: If you prefer the refund to be sent to your original payment method (Credit Card/PayPal), please inform us in advance.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 7–15 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing time.


6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Within 24 Hours: Full refund for any cancellation request made within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 Hours (Unshipped): A 15% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund for orders cancelled after 24 hours but before shipment.

  • After Shipment: We cannot accept cancellation requests once an order has been shipped.

7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact service@Mixlocoo.com immediately. We will prioritize your case to ensure a swift replacement or refund.


8. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account or Site Wallet.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take several days before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank to check on pending transactions.

  4. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at service@Mixlocoo.com.
